Do not mistaken this for our Food Court Chicken Rice Stall Macaroni Soup.
It has lots of goodness in this 🙂 Need to simmer for about 45 minutes to 60 minutes 🙂
Serves Two Persons
About 2.5 litre water
200g of pork (spare rib, soft bone as you like) or chicken.
2 peeled, sliced carrots
2 chopped celery 1 chopped red onion
1 ikan bilis/chicken cubes (preferably chicken stock)
½ tsp. marjoram leaves
½ tsp. pepper 1 bay leaf
1.5 cup. elbow macaroni
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1) In a LARGE pot combine water, chicken, carrots, celery, onions, ikan bilis cube, marjoram, pepper and bay leaf.
2) Cover, bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer 30 – 60 min or until pork is tender.
3) Add macaroni and cook 8 minutes( depending on your pasta) , stirring occasionally.
