Pan Fried Fish

Easiest Pan-fried fish (12 Minutes flat)

Basically, pan fry the fish fillet (tried cod fish as well as red snapper.
Cod fish taste better.)

If your fish is about half inch thick, suggest to pan fry for about 4 minutes.

Use a fork to check if it is cook thoroughly (as long fork passes through).

To make the sauce, you need
– half lemon juiced
– chopped parsley (as much as u like)
– abit of red pepper
– margarine/butter
– mix half teaspoon of cornflour with 3 tablespoon of water

Heat the lemon juice with butter.
Pour the cornflour and water into the pan.
Stir in chopped parsley and red pepper
Pour the sauce over the fish fillet
Serve Hot.
