Yoga before bed

Have you had long days of work and felt that it is hard to wind down before bed?

Or do you watch TV, play games on our gadgets and find it difficult to get to sleep after?

I have been trying this for the two weeks.

Stretching out before bed really gets me physically, mentally and emotionally ready for bed.

Sleeping is one of the most amazing and important process our body requires. (Sleep is a whole new big conversation)

I have tried both sequence before bed, both are great depending on what my body felt like.

“Do what feels good, your body knows it.

Have a good sleep”

First option – You can do this when you would like something a little more physical as it includes Halasana (Plow Pose) and Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand).

Another option is a very gentle sequence which you can do in your PJ in bed 🙂
